Automotive Claims Adjuster

We are looking for talented and motivated people to add to an already solid employee base.

Our Claims Adjusters will assist in fulfilling our objectives of providing the best customer service by investigating claims placed against vehicle service contracts or other warranty products for loss or damage, and authorizing the approval or denial of such claims based on the findings of the investigation compared to the coverage provided under the service contract.

Other duties include:

  • Examining the service contract and interviewing the repair facility and field inspectors to verify coverage.
  • Reviewing previous repair history and maintenance records to verify coverage under the service contract and when necessary, authorizing inspection to determine the extent of the company’s liability.
  • Accurately estimating the costs of repair, replacement, or compensation associated with a covered repair.
  • Negotiating labor times with service departments using nationally published labor/parts price guides.
  • Negotiating prices for automotive parts and, when necessary, ordering parts according to company guidelines.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships within the automotive industry.
  • Building positive working relationships with service advisors within the network of automotive dealers under contract with the Company, as well as independent repair facilities.
  • As a claims adjuster accepting inbound calls, it is necessary to be at your desk and available for calls throughout the day. You will need to ensure telephone calls initiating the claim review process are answered promptly.
  • Applicants must have an automotive service background, preferably with the automotive dealership, garage, or technical school training. ASE certifications are preferred, but not required.

Customer Service/Call Center Representative

We are looking for talented and motivated people to add to an already solid employee base.

Our Customer Service Representatives will provide excellent customer service to contract holders, ensuring professional and efficient service.

Other duties include:

  • Answer contract holders’ inquiries via phone and/or email. Makes clear detailed notes into system concerning those inquiries.
  • Works closely with the Claims Payments and Contract Administration departments to obtain information in assistance to contract holders.
  • Explains procedures to contract holders including but not limited to: How to begin a claim, current claim status, addressing requests, processing requests and other duties as assigned.
  • Provides timely resolution of customer inquiries, concerns, and any complaints.
  • Build effective relationships and trust with customers by listening to their needs and educating them about the products and services that are most appropriate to their situation.
  • Qualified applicants will have one to two years of related experience in a call center setting, an ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions, ability to perform diversified clerical functions, to communicate effectively, and to be versatile and willing to work with constant priority changes with enthusiasm.
